Multiple Payment Methods

Payments may be made via a checking or savings account or with a major credit card. You can enter your bank account information for a checking or savings account and save it in your tenant portal account. You can make a one time payment or set up a regular recurring payment using links that appear on your payments tab.

Payments made via a checking or savings, account using your account number and routing number, incur no additional fees. If you would like to use a credit card or debit card to make a payment, a convenience fee will be charged. Login to your tenant portal account for more information.
